Bit of Mills mess with a wrist drop then slam makes for interesting patterns. Symmetrical with an extra throw to change sides or staying on one side for a faster overall juggle. How to carry that speed into a symmetrical version?
Febuary has been the 'month of shuffles'of juggling life so far but not to forget mess's and wrist drop.

4 ball Mutiplex 'BostonShuffle'
I think it's the closest thing and almost the same as that real pattern Boston Shuffle but with an extra ball for a crossing multiplex stack and a slam through the balls, very good, like this.
Base pattern ([6x4x],2)(6x,2x)(2,2)*
Base pattern ([6x4x],2)(6x,2x)(2,2)*

4 ball 'SlicedShuffle'
Funky move to get the 6 throw high enough while at the same time the 4 low enough to make the slam over the [42x] slice. Strange rhythm but good when it works.

SlowShuffleMultiplex-up to 5
Trying not to train too many one side patterns just now but had to make exception for this one so I could say to myself, "I did a 5 ball juggle with a slam throw!" It's quite slow and easy but still easy to get mistakes with my Russians.
It's basically the same pattern first with 3 balls then 4 and then finally 5 with the slam throw going through a [64] split then a [54]. Love learning things in 5 minutes.
Symmetrical version has to be coming soon.

4ballShuffle-NonMultiplex
This first pattern I tried so far is good and requires some precision (neck catches) to keep it clean. Really like to get suggestions on other 4 ball patterns that could be used with slam shuffle type throws.
