Trying not to train too many one side patterns just now but had to make exception for this one so I could say to myself, "I did a 5 ball juggle with a slam throw!" It's quite slow and easy but still easy to get mistakes with my Russians.
It's basically the same pattern first with 3 balls then 4 and then finally 5 with the slam throw going through a [64] split then a [54]. Love learning things in 5 minutes.
